Is the Academy a single program?

No — and that distinction matters.

The Academy is a professional ecosystem built around two foundational entry paths: Collective Shift Methodology and Leaders for Leaders. You begin by joining one of them. Once you’re inside, you become part of a wider environment — a community of practitioners, ongoing supervision, member-only workshops and intensives.

Most professional programs give you a defined beginning and end. The Academy is designed around the opposite idea: the program gets you in the door. What’s behind it is built to last.

Because most programs end the moment you leave the room, and that’s where most of the real work happens. The Academy isn’t a training event. It’s an ongoing professional ecosystem built around practice, supervision, and peer challenge over time.

Integration is built into the structure, not left to you to figure out on your own afterwards. The difference isn’t what we teach. It’s that we don’t leave you to apply it alone.

Broadly: if your work centres on facilitating groups or driving collective transformation, Collective Shift is your entry point. If you carry leadership responsibility and want to formalize how you develop other leaders, Leaders for Leaders fits better.

If you’re genuinely unsure, book a consultation. We’ll tell you clearly which path fits where you are now, and we’ll be honest if neither does.

Enough to matter, not so much that it becomes unsustainable. The core programs run 5 months with structured live sessions and supervised practice. Most participants continue with the wider ecosystem, workshops, supervision, community, at whatever pace fits their schedule.

Honest answer: if you’re looking for something light-touch and low-commitment, this isn’t it. If you’re ready to invest seriously, the structure is built to support that without consuming you.

You don’t finish and disappear. That’s the point.

Completing a program gives you access to the wider Academy ecosystem: continued supervision, member-only workshops and intensives, a professional community, and the Mentorship Path for graduates ready to mentor the next cohort. The program is your entry point, not your destination.

The core programs are delivered live online, structured, interactive, and designed for real depth in a virtual environment. Some intensives and experiences within the wider ecosystem include in-person options.

You’ll know exactly what’s involved before you commit to anything.

There is one, and it works both ways. Not because we want to be exclusive for its own sake, but because the depth of the work requires the right group. Small cohorts, high standards, and genuine fit between where you are and what the program demands.

If it’s not the right moment for you, we’ll say so directly. If you’re close but not quite ready, we’ll tell you that too, and tell you what would change that.
