The Collective Shift Methodology is our flagship path for professionals who want to master group transformation and build a scalable practice beyond 1:1 work. Leaders for Leaders is designed for experienced leaders and entrepreneurs who want to turn their leadership experience into a structured mentoring practice. Both paths grant full access to the Academy ecosystem.
The Academy combines both formats. Core program modules include live sessions and guided practice, while the broader ecosystem — workshops, supervision, community — is designed to integrate seamlessly into your professional life. Specific format details are shared during the consultation process.
We are intentionally selective. The Academy is not for everyone — it is for professionals who are ready for depth, rigorous development, and genuine growth. The consultation is a mutual exploration of fit, not a sales call.

Not necessarily. We value depth of experience and professional maturity over credentials alone. If you have meaningful experience in coaching, leadership, facilitation, or mentoring, you may be a strong fit regardless of formal certifications.
