## 1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website collectiveshiftacademy.com and your participation in the **Collective Shift** program, both offered by IDENTITY SHIFT ON SRL, a company registered in Romania (CUI:46989548), with its registered office at Str. Cremenita 88 Ap. 1 Cod 022814, Bucuresti, Sectorul 2, Romania (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website or enrolling in the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

## 2. The Collective Shift Program
### 2.1 Program Description
Collective Shift is an advanced group coaching methodology program delivered in a hybrid or fully online format over approximately **6 months**. The program includes live workshops, mentoring sessions, supervision, and access to a professional community.
### 2.2 Accreditation
The program offers **40 ICF CCE units** (33 Core Competency hours + 7 Resource Development hours) recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Accreditation is subject to your full participation and completion of all required components.
### 2.3 Eligibility
The program is designed for:
– Professional coaches, consultants, and trainers with existing experience
– HR, L&D professionals, and managers in leadership roles
We reserve the right to decline enrollment to any applicant who does not meet the program’s eligibility criteria, as determined solely at our discretion through the qualification process.

## 3. Enrollment and Payment
### 3.1 Qualification Process
Enrollment in Collective Shift is not automatic. Applicants must complete a qualification form and, if selected, participate in a discovery call. Completing the qualification form does not guarantee a place in the program.
### 3.2 Program Fee
The program fee is **approximately €3,700 EUR** (or as stated in your individual enrollment agreement), inclusive of all program materials, workshops, mentoring sessions, and post-program support as described.
The exact fee, payment schedule, and any available installment plans will be confirmed in writing prior to enrollment.
### 3.3 Payment Terms
– Full payment or the first installment must be received before access to the program is granted.
– All prices are in EUR and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
– Invoices will be issued in accordance with Romanian fiscal legislation.
### 3.4 Late Payments
If a scheduled payment is not received within **7 days** of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend access to program materials until the outstanding balance is settled.

## 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
### 4.1 Cancellation by You
– **More than 30 days before the program start date:** Full refund minus a €150 administrative fee.
– **14–30 days before the program start date:** 50% refund.
– **Less than 14 days before the program start date, or after the program has started:** No refund.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@csacademy.com
### 4.2 Deferral
If you are unable to attend the cohort you enrolled in, you may request to defer to the next available cohort. Deferral requests must be submitted at least **14 days** before the program start date and are subject to availability. A deferral fee of **€[AMOUNT]** may apply.
### 4.3 Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a cohort if a minimum number of participants is not met, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). In such cases, you will receive a **full refund** or the option to transfer to the next cohort.

## 5. Participation and Conduct
### 5.1 Attendance
The program requires your active participation. While we understand that life happens, missing more than **[NUMBER]** sessions without prior notice may affect your eligibility for the ICF CCE certificate.
### 5.2 Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to:
– Treat fellow participants, facilitators, and mentors with respect
– Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants’ personal disclosures made during sessions
– Engage honestly and in good faith
– Refrain from recording sessions without explicit written consent from [COMPANY NAME SRL] and all participants
Violation of this code of conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.
### 5.3 Confidentiality
You acknowledge that the program methodology, materials, frameworks, and tools shared during Collective Shift are proprietary intellectual property of **[COMPANY NAME SRL]** and/or its founder. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on these materials without prior written permission.

## 6. Intellectual Property

Collective Shift provides training, tools, and methodology. Individual results depend on factors including effort, experience, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific financial, professional, or business outcomes from participation.
### 7.2 Limitation of Liability
