Questions before you register

Do I need to be already certified to attend?

No. The session is open to coaches at any stage of practice — early-career, established, or returning after a pause. The conversation assumes you do coaching work; it does not assume a specific credential.

Is this an introduction to one of your programs?

No. It is a standalone professional space. We may reference the wider Academy ecosystem if relevant to a question that comes up, but the session is built to stand on its own.

What if I can't make the date I selected?

Write to us at excellence@collectiveshiftacademy.com and we’ll move your seat to a later date in the series, subject to availability.

I do coaching-style work but not under the title "coach". Is this for me?

If your practice involves consultancy, mentoring, internal HR development, or facilitation, and you carry the business of it yourself, you are welcome. The vocabulary is shared.
