The Group Coaching Mentoring Lab is a recurring two-hour professional mentoring space created by Collective Shift Academy for people who work, or want to work, with groups.
Bring your real cases, questions, challenges, and even the group programmes that did not work as expected. We explore them together through the lens of professional competencies for working with groups.

The intention is to help you develop the judgment, awareness, and professional capacity required to decide what a group needs, what is happening in the system, and how you can intervene more effectively.

Questions before you register
Do I need to bring a case to participate?+
No. You can attend and learn from the cases others bring, but the sessions are richer when you bring something real, and most practitioners find that articulating their own challenge is where the clarity starts.
Do I need to be a Collective Shift practitioner?+
No. The Lab is open to anyone who works with groups or wants to, whatever their training background.
Is this a sales session for the Collective Shift programme?+
No. The time is spent on the cases in the room. If you want to know more about the entry paths, the information is available separately.
What if I am new to group work?+
You are welcome. Hearing how experienced practitioners think through real group situations is one of the fastest ways to build your own judgment.
Do these sessions count toward ICF or EMCC hours?+
Requirements differ by body and credential level. Contact us before registering and we'll confirm how your participation can be documented.
Can I attend more than three sessions?+
Ongoing access is part of Academy membership. After your three free sessions, joining the Academy is the way to continue.
