Coaching Supervision
One of the most honest and professionally mature investments a coach can make.
Inside the Collective Shift Academy, supervision is not treated as a formality or a credential requirement. It is a reflective space for your clients, your practice, and yourself.
Next session: 5 Nov 2026 · 09:00–11:00

A reflective dialogue that builds the coach's capacity to serve.
A collaborative learning practice designed to continuously build the coach's capacity through reflective dialogue, for the benefit of both the coach and their clients.
A reflective dialogue that supports the supervisee's practice, development, and wellbeing.
Not a formality or a credential requirement. A mature investment in your clients, your practice, and yourself.
Three distinct and equally important functions.
Every session can move between them. What you bring determines where we spend the time.
Your professional competencies, the coach-client relationship, contracting, partnership management, and ongoing professional development objectives.
Blurred boundaries, working outside your contract or competence, ethical concerns, and cases where you become aware of something that raises concerns for the client or organisation.
The emotional weight of coaching work: losing a client, repeated rejection, not feeling good enough, frustration from lack of progress. These are real, and they deserve a real professional space.
Two formats. One standard of care.
Individual sessions
Scheduled according to your availability and pace. A private, confidential space tailored entirely to your current practice and challenges.
Group coaching supervision
Join a small group of coaches facing similar challenges and needs. Group supervision adds what individual sessions cannot: the collective wisdom of peers who understand the work from the inside.

Questions before you register
Is supervision only for coaches who are struggling?+
No. Supervision is a mark of professional maturity, not a sign of difficulty. The most experienced and credentialed coaches use supervision regularly, precisely because they understand the complexity of the work and the responsibility it carries.
What is the difference between supervision, mentoring, and coaching?+
Coaching focuses on your goals. Mentoring develops your coaching competencies against a standard. Supervision looks at your whole practice: your clients, your ethics, your wellbeing and how you show up in the work.
Does supervision count toward ICF or EMCC credentials?+
Requirements differ by body and credential level. Contact us before registering and we'll confirm how these sessions can be documented for your application.
Who leads the supervision sessions?+
Sessions are guided by Oana Niculae, mentor at the Collective Shift Academy.
How do I know whether individual or group supervision is right for me?+
Choose individual when you need full confidentiality or depth on one case. Choose group when you'd benefit from peer perspectives. Many coaches combine both.
